I’ve tried uninstall/reinstall the WooCommerce plugin, but no help.

BTW, the website is hosted on IIS, Windows Server on AWS.

    Hello aidenliang

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

Could you check if there are any JS errors in the Console tab of the browser?
This guide will help you with the steps for checking JS errors.
If you find any, please share screenshots with me.

Lastly, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
This will help me understand your WordPress environment.

You can find SSR via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
