stuck at 'Unpacking archive'

  • Hi there, love your work. Very nifty plugin – thank you.

    I’m having an issue where I’m stuck for a while at ‘Unpacking archive’ and eventually (30min +) says import failed. I’ve tried an older version of ai1m, the current release and then the dev version you posted in a previous thread without any luck.

    I’ve tried using FTP and using the backup function, but same issue.

    Any light you can shed on this dilemma will be much appreciated!

    Hi there, further to my previous message, I’ve tried migrating to two different severs and receive this message after a lengthy wait:

    “Unable to import
    Unable to retrieve status of the import. Is your server running?”
