    Hi Paul,

For a 200MB backup, we would say 300 for max_execution_time but we will need to know how large exactly is your database, so we can suggest you better with mysql.connect_timeout value.
Could you run an export using Advanced Options (export only database) and let us know how large it is?

    Thank you!
    Pim

    Pim,

I exported the database only and it is 8.8 MB. Created this file by using the advanced options and selected everything except for the database option.

    Hi Paul,

You could try with 300 or the maximum allowed value.

Same problem – did a clean install of a Theme could not install demo content – so suggest use your plugin but it sticks at restoring database.

Very frustrating – espec since demo content size only 8mb!

    Hi pointblankmedia,

I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Is it Theme Fusion’s? Which file are you importing?

I’m having this issue aswell. It’ll stay stuck on it until I close it. Which results in me not being able to get into the site again. I turned on Debug mode and this is what I got:

“{“Number”:2,”Message”:”fopen(\/home\/masterpeacenyc\/public_html\/wp-content\/plugins\/cpaddons-site-software.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied”,”File”:”\/home\/masterpeacenyc\/public_html\/wp-content\/plugins\/all-in-one-wp-migration\/lib\/vendor\/servmask\/archiver\/class-ai1wm-archiver.php”,”Line”:142}”

The file size I’m trying to import is 98 mb (from the 512 MB that is allowed)
I’m quite new to this. Help?

    Hi eltharidos,

Our Error log is located on /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/error.log.
Could you let me know what you find?

I was having the same issue and I upgraded my memory and ftp’d the backup to /public_html/wp-content/ai1wm-backups Then I had to rename one of my plugins “Rev Slider” then I was able to restore the file. One you ftp the export file to this directory, you will see it under the backups in all in on migration.

    Hope this helps.
