  • Hi,
I have the same problem and always get one of the following either one of the two error messages in the log file:

    Number: 2
    Message: gzinflate(): data error
    File: /usr/www/users/beyersp/wp-includes/class-wp-http-encoding.php
    Line: 58
    ——————————————–
    [Jan 04 2016 22:02:10] ERROR_HANDLER
    Number: 2
Message: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
    File: /usr/www/users/beyersp/wp-includes/class-http.php
    Line: 323
    ——————————————–

    Thanks

    Hi Bastian,

The error from the plugin will be shown as /usr/www/users/beyersp/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/…

Here it gets stuck as well during the Restoring Database part. I get the following error in the logfile:

    [Jan 27 2016 18:06:29] ERROR_HANDLER
    Number: 8
Message: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 4 bytes
    File: /var/www/vhosts/ericsmeets.nl/httpdocs/testserver/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/lib/vendor/mysqldump-factory/mysqldump-factory/lib/MysqlDumpUtility.php
    Line: 59

    Please help!

    Hi Eric,

How large is the file you are improrting?
Could you open a new tab and login to your dashboard?

The file is 1,74 gb big, but I have purchased the upgrade.

When I try to login I see the login screen, but in simple plain text with no styling.
If I try to login then I get the error: This webpage has a direct loop and I get send to: https://www.ericsmeets.nl/testserver/testserver/wp-login.php
(So it adds /testserver to the url that makes it a faulty url because it should be https://www.ericsmeets.nl/testserver/wp-login.php

    Hope this info helps.

    I have the same problem.
The Install is hanging on ‘Restore database’.
When I visit the admin I can see the plugins/template etc have been imported but not the pages/posts.
This is the site I’m trying to import to: https://infinitysupport.co.uk/new-site-test/
    (from: https://www.o8c.co.uk/Infinity/)

    Thanks

Hello Pim, could you please reply to my question? I need to have this website running asap and since I payed for the upgrade I am hoping to get some good support.

    Hi ericsmeets,

It looks like you incorrectly used Find/Replace on export.

    Hi andydog66,

How large is the file you are importing?
Could you let me know what your mysql.connect_timeout and max_execution_time are set to?

    Hi Pim
The file is 251MB in size.
I’m not transferring to my own server but I can enquire as to those settings.
Can you let me know the ideal setting so I can request a change if necessary?
    Thanks

I have used this tool a number of times successfully, but now as I use the tool to migrate a website live, I am getting stuck on the Restoring Database phase.

The error log has a LARGE number of errors that are similar (with different offsets) to this:

    [Jan 29 2016 20:38:35] ERROR_HANDLER
    Number: 8
Message: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 60 bytes
    File: /home/xxxx/www.xxxx.com/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/lib/vendor/mysqldump-factory/mysqldump-factory/lib/MysqlDumpUtility.php
    Line: 59

(I changed the actual site to xxxx to avoid sharing too much info)

    Any ideas?

Are you even remotely thinking about resolving this issue? This thread goes back 9 months without even a hint of being fixed. What a serious waste of time.

I have to apologize for my previous post. It doesn’t help to just complain. I had the same problem with it hanging forever.
I finally downloaded my uploads folder and deleted all the pics except for the original sizes. I made a full backup first. I then upped those uploads again and only lost 2 pics. Not too bad at all.
I decided to try this plugin again and I chose to skip export of the uploads folder just in case. Ran the export and it worked great. Some of the link in text boxes didn’t change but a find and replace will fix that. All the links from all menus have the new url which was what I hoped for. I’m sure that decreasing the size made the difference.
I hope this helps someone else. Thanks!

    Hi jtydroid,

Could you share further information to support at servmask.com that might be useful for the engineers?
