I have updated to version 3.0 on my staging site. But now when I check a product, the customer list never loads, it’s just stuck at “Stuck at Processing Orders: 0%”

I do not see any PHP errors in the logs.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It seems it is working, but it is very very very slow. Only after 5 minutes I see progress.

    Hi @darkallman,

    Sorry about that.

    I have a few questions:

    – What version did you update from?
    – What host are you using? Is it a shared server?
    – How many orders is there for that particular product?

If you want to see what’s going on behind the scenes, you can add the following to your wp-config.php file:
    define( ‘WPCL_DEBUG’, true );

Once that is done, open your javascript console when loading the customers and it should show you the whole process. It is normal for it to take a lot of time if you have a ton of orders. I needs to get every single order for that product everytime you load the page in order to get the latest data. It’s very ressource intensive.

    2.9.3
    – What host are you using? Is it a shared server?
    I’m using a VPS

About 181 orders. Should it matter?

After adding debug, I see nothing in console before there actual processing.
After minutes I have the first table with console info.

If needed, I can give you access to my staging site, just give me an email address to send the details.

    Thanks for the info.

Yes the amount of orders matters, the more there is, the longer it will take! But 181 shouldn’t take more than a few seconds. I’ve been testing on a shared server with 2000 orders and it didn’t take more than 30 seconds. Your 5 minutes is wayyy too much. Can you disable all plugins except for mine and woocommerce and let me know if it does a big difference?

I have about 7000 orders in my shop. I noticed when I go on a products edit page the page load fine.

But when I scroll down to the bottom of that page where I have “Customers who bought this product” located, the list stays on 0% while the system CPU usage starts to go sky high for 135 seconds and then the customer list shows. And the CPU usage drop to normal again.

@blackbird69 and this is following the update or is this your first time using the plugin?

This is after the update. Long waiting time for the list to show now. It was way faster before the update.
