    Hi there,

    Have you enabled chat only for logged-in users? If so, then you may not be logged-in within your mobile browser. In such a case the chat won’t load for unregistered users.

    Yes,

    I have enabled chat only for logged-in users. And sure I was logged-in when I tried to open it with my mobile browser.

    Could you help me with this?

    It was not “Connecting…”, but “Loading…”.
    Is there any difference?
