Struggling with Shortcodes

    Hey! So, due to the updates to insta’s API, the plugin I was using, no longer works. Yours seems to be what I’m looking for however, when I complete the form there is nowhere that generates the shortcode, please can you direct me? Unfortunately the form on your screenshot and the form that I have on the widgets page seem to be completely different.
