Struggling to make header logo responsive

Hi there,

First off, I want to thank anyone/everyone in advance for their help.

I am not a developer so my skills are few. Although I have managed to tweak my site somewhat by use of wp.org and its numerous contributing experts. Respect to all!

Here goes:

I need to make my header logo responsive so that it fits proportionately within my page while viewing via smaller devices like smartphones. I’ve tried a few suggestions I picked in other forum posts, but to no avail.

Please would someone be kind enough to take a look at it and let me know how to fix this.
