Structured datas and Breadcrumb

have the same issue here. Currently on 17.7 version of Yoast plugin. On which version do you have this issue? Following your topic.

Thanks, we found out that this was not a problem with yoast plugin. There are indexed pages that should not be indexed so I have to update robots.txt. Could help you

What does an entry in robots.txt have to do with the structured data breadcrumb?

My page got indexed through sitemap, but then I remove those pages from sitemap because I don’t want them to be indexed. But google still got them indexed so I have to add “nofollow” to the URLs I don’t want to be indexed. Not sure if it is same issue with you..

Either “name” or “item.name” should be specified

Upon checking, it looks like the blank name field for the second list item in the breadcrumb schema occurs specifically for the AMP version of your homepage.

When we check the regular non-AMP version of your homepage, the breadcrumb schema seems to populate the ‘name’ field for the list item accordingly.

Could you let us know more about how you’ve created your AMP pages? We do know that the Yoast SEO plugin should integrate and work with the official AMP plugin – https://yoast.com/setting-up-wordpress-for-amp-accelerated-mobile-pages/

We would also recommend performing a conflict check with a default WP theme and just the Yoast SEO plugin as well as the AMP plugin to see if you are still able to reproduce this issue.

The AMP versions are created by the Soledad theme, and it’s only the pagination pages that are affected.
And no idea where I can fix this in the Yoast plugin.

We do know that the Yoast SEO plugin would work with the official AMP plugin. However, you’ve mentioned that you are using a custom AMP and pagination implementation from the Soledad theme, so we’re not sure how it’s modifying the pagination for the AMP versions of those URLs.

We also know that the Yoast SEO plugin should just work with the default WordPress pagination, so if your theme or another plugin is using custom pagination, you may have to check this article for more information and contact your theme author – https://yoast.com/help/is-the-plugin-compatible-with-paginated-content/
