Structured data item is invalid

    Hi,

    We are using Yoast SEO plugin on one of our client website. We have run an audit on SEMRush website and the tool is showing the following schema markup related error like “Structured data item is invalid – A value for the mainEntity field is required.” for the following webpage [ redundant link removed ]

    Could you please check with the following issue and help us to resolve it.

    Hello James,

    Thanks for reaching out about your FAQ page.

    The error occurred because the page was not designed using the Yoast FAQ block and the page type ‘FAQ page’ needs to be set in the Schema tab of the Yoast SEO meta box when you edit that page. You can learn more at https://yoast.com/how-to-build-an-faq-page/

    The respective page is designed using the Yoast FAQ block and the page type ‘FAQ page’ is set in the Schema tab. Still we are facing this issue.

    There is no option to attached snapshot otherwise I could have share it.

    Hello James,

    The page is not created using the Yoast FAQ block but an accordion for FAQs which probably is controlled by your theme or a third-party plugin.

    You can use any image-sharing service to share screenshots like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image sharing service, please share the link to the image here.
