Google has recently changed its guidance regarding the “brand” property in the schema markup, as a result this addition from Woo Product Feed is no longer valid an output a warning message in the Rich Results Test: “Invalid object type for field “brand” (optional)”.

Issue and potential fix have been discussed here for another plugin.

Do you know when it will be updated in Woo Product Feed?

Thanks for using our plugin and letting us know about this issue.

We have just updated the plugin so the JSON-LD for the brand details should be updated and fixed now.

Hey, thanks for the quick turnaround!

However I’m not sure how to benefit from that since I don’t see the update option in my admin (screenshot). Am I missing something here?
