Structure Tag Parent/Child Problem

Hi, I found this problem … first of all, I wordpress latest version installed and disabled all plug-ins and set the default theme.

The problem is this, both for category post and custom post type taxonomy.

I have, for example, this hierarchy for POST or CPT categories:

Events
– Events March

I set my news POST or CPT the categories, Events (Parent) And Events March (Child)

I want the permalink of my POST or CPT to be:
mysite.com/events-march/post-title

I set the PostTypes Permalinks Settings for posts:
%child-category%/%postname%

but the permalink of the post goes out like this:
mysite.com/events/post-title

I tried to set the PostTypes Permalinks Settings as follows:
%category%/%postname%

but the result is the same:
mysite.com/events/post-title

I tried to set the PostTypes Permalinks Settings as follows:
%category%/%child-category%/%postname%

but the result is this:
mysite.com/events/events/post-title

I have the same problem with CPT taxonomies ( <%ctax_my_cpt_category%>, <%ctaxparents_my_cpt_category%>)
