strpos(): Empty needle caused by 4.32.2

On line 147 of wp-content/plugins/user-role-editor/includes/classes/grant-roles.php a script is enqueued with an empty source using false instead of ” which is the correct default causing warnings because WordPress is internally strpos on that path. Changing false to ” fixes the warnings.
