I’ve been using Elementor for some time and wanted to get some better Mega Menus going and saw this as a recommended option in Elementor’s blog. It was pretty easy to get going but I did run into an issue I couldn’t resolve myself. I submitted a support request and received an answer within minutes of my request and a resolution within a couple of hours. To really take advantage of the product (or in my case due to a template issue) you need to make CSS changes but “The Plus” team was highly knowledgeable and responsive to help.
