Strips out quote mark in widgets if

if you use an onclick=window.open event and if the window open calls a page not ending in .htm such as window.open(“http:mysite.com/mypage/’), this plugin strips the single quote and adds the orphan double quote as shown in my example. As a result, the window.open fails. Even worse, it works while logged in to wordpress but then changes the code upon logout! Very easy to see by looking at page source. This happens becuase the plugin is inserting its own javascript and gets confused merging with the existing javascript. Very annoying and means you can’t use a page without an extent for onclick.
