Stripe Webhook Error 503

    Hello,

    I hope you can help me with this.

    I set up the Webhook for Stripe as described in your documentation.

    Everything works fine, and I can see the payments as successful in Stripe, but in GiveWP they are all shown as Pending.

    Checking the Events in Stripe it shows this error:

    503 Service Unavailable
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

    Can you help me with this?

    I already deactivated WordFence but the error kept happening.

    Update: deactivated a spam filter setting at my host and now it works ??

    Hi @asunnymind,

    Glad you got it to work. Firewall and spam filters can potentially block the webhooks from Stripe.

    Feel free to open a new ticket if anything else comes up.
