    Hi, I was told by Stripe to update all my webhooks to the latest versions for security. I use the endpoint https://mydomain.com/?give-listener=stripe

    But I keep getting emails from stripe with webhook delivery issues.

    We’ve had some trouble sending requests in live mode to a webhook endpoint associated with your?account.

    We’ve attempted to send event notifications to this endpoint 35 times

    Here is the summary of errors we received while attempting to send webhook events:

    35 requests had other errors while sending the webhook events…

    You need to return any status code between HTTP 200 to 299 for Stripe to consider the webhook event successfully delivered.

    In the plugin settings it says I am connected when I got this message the last time I reconnected.

    Please advise what to do to fix it.

  • Hi @rybtechsupport,
    That email usually means Stripe is having some trouble reporting completed donations back to GiveWP.

    I’d recommend starting by checking your webhook events for failed attempts in your Stripe Dashboard. Failed webhook attempts are in the 400’s, where successful attempts would be 200’s. If you have 400’s, you can share those errors with me and I can take a look.

    Sometimes these failed attempts throw errors in the back of GiveWP, so you’ll want to check for errors there as well. You can do this by navigating to Dashboard > Donations > Tools > Logs. Here is a screencast you might find helpful: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c3eD0AVFgVG.

    From there, you’ll see a list of things that have been happening on your site. Look for errors that are Stripe related. When you see one, click the eyeball icon next to it to open up a detailed view. Copy/paste that error code, and send it along to me.

    no errors in the dashboard tools

    I replaced the webhook one more time, I don’t have a new error yet I have to wait a few days they said
