Stripe UPE waiting for redirect. Pending Order

Hello,

I have noticed that some orders on my website are putting put into pending payment even when the payment has been taken in Stripe.

The log states the following:
Stripe UPE waiting for redirect. The status for order?141741?might need manual adjustment

Any idea why this is happening or what the fix for this can be?

The website gets updated every month so plugins are relatively up to date and this is happening sporadically and orders are being cancelled even though payment has been taken due to our Hold stock
