Stripe suddenly all payments show ‘pending’

  • I have installed GiveWP and tested it and it seems to work. The first 2 real payments from donors went through fine, but then suddenly 2 days ago, all payments are reading ‘pending’ (whether it is PayPal or stipe).

    Can you help?

    Hi @keitho123 and @heatherine008,

    If the webhook is not correctly configured according to the instructions in the Stripe (Free) doc, your site will keep all donations marked as Pending. Follow the instructions in the doc to configure the webhook.

    Note also that development sites on localhost or behind firewalls will prevent the webhook from reaching the site, and always leave all Stripe donations marked as pending.
