stripe successful payment order Canceled

    I have some successful payments in stripe, with the funds pulled from the payment method and settled on my Stripe account. But in my order in woocommerce the order gives me a failed payment mesage. From my stripe account it tells me that is all good. Can you help me with this error

    Hi @rinkadink

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Would you mind enabling the logging for Stripe for us? Head to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, and enable Logging (if it is not already enabled)

    Next, please try to make a test order to generate logs.

    After that, please check WooCommerce > Status > Logs, select the latest Stripe from the dropdown at the top right, and click “View”. Then copy the log into your response here so we can see if there are any errors that might help us in troubleshooting the issue. Please remove any sensitive information before pasting the logs on a public forum.

    Going back to your original inquiry, I understand that payments are successful in Stripe, however, you are receiving a failed payment message on your site, correct?

    Can you please check if there are patterns to these orders? Like, same product, same category, same customer, same location aside from the payment method used was Stripe?

    If not, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    I understand that the issue is still not fixed yet.

    I have some successful payments in stripe, with the funds pulled from the payment method and settled on my Stripe account. But in my order in woocommerce the order gives me a failed payment mesage

    Can you please confirm that your domain has a working SSL certificate? Although test mode could work without it, this is required for live mode.

    Yes we have SSL certificate working… SO the solution is see if theres a conflit with other pugglin, and put payments in test mode, and store out for some days to make tests???

    Stripe is test mode, there fore you can make some testing has hell. Thank you for the help
