• I have installed membership 2 and setup a recurring subscription for 2 days (quicker to test). After the two days, it looks like membership has “billed” the user but obviously this account does not have an active membership.

    But they can still see the protected pages even though their subscription has ended and they have not renewed via stripe. Is this correct? As that sounds wrong because the user can sign up once and never pay again but still have access to the protected content.

    The protected content cannot be accessed before signing up to a plan though. But after, they have free reign.

    I set “After this membership ends” to restrict access to visitor level.

    Hope you’re doing well ??

    Users have an extra 24 hours to renew their membership and during that time they will have access to content.
    Since your ticket is day old now can you check if the user’s access has been revoked now?

    Oh, OK then, that seems legit. I tried resetting it and started again thinking I messed something up, so will trial it over the next two days and let you know. But what you have said makes sense. I didn’t realise it gave the user an extra day at the end ??

    Hi @fatwombat,

    There were some issues with payment gateways delaying payment process and thus canceling active status so we had to add extra period to avoid this.
