    We have a subscription service using WooCommerce Stripe Gateway and WooCommerce Subscriptions. The customers are being charged twice per month. Why would this happen and how can we fix it?

    @cmb70 – I would first make sure that both Subscriptions and Stripe are fully updated.

    Then, please create a ticket with WooCommerce support at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. We will be able to help you further there.

    The plugins get updated on a regular basis and this problem started months ago. We created a support ticket at WooCommerce.com which was forwarded to whomever takes care of this particular plugin and as far as I know we have yet to hear anything back. We have put ALL subscriptions on hold but Stripe has created new billings this month.

    Hi there.

    They should be getting back to you. The only way to check on the ticket is with your email (which, you won’t want to post in a public forum) but if it’s been more than 2 days, feel free to stop into WooCommerce live chat (go to the ticket form and select Stripe) and we can check on the status for you from there.
