Stripe split payment empty distribution list at Stripe API calls

  • Stripe split payment does not work for me. All payments go to admin Stripe account. Current set up:

    • Vendors have connected accounts.
    • At Stripe dashboard connected accounts are visible.
    • WCFM Stripe log shows no error but empty distribution list: “distribution_list”:[]}
    • Purchase is allowed only from one vendor in one run
    • No other Stripe plugins are installed
    • SCA secure authentication is enabled
    • All transactions are in live Stripe environment
    • Connected accounts are established via WCFM
    • Comission setup: Commission: Vendor, Type percentage 100%

      • I read all over the internet / WCFM documentation / WCFM support forum / WordPress support threads, but I had not seen any valuable tip, what should I do to fix it. Any idea?

      My secondary question. If I want that all payments will go to vendor directly, can I use simple Stripe payment? If yes do I have to install any third party plugin, because if I only allow this payment method at WCFM admin settings it is not accessible to vendors as payment gateway.

  • I think that direct payment to sellers is not allowed because if you make a purchase from several sellers it would have to be individual purchases, but it would be very good if they made direct purchases to sellers and also request it a few days ago.
    Even testing individual invoices by vendor let me do it, I have not tried it.

    Have you tried the following with a live account?

    When the recurring subscriptions of Stripe or Paypal stop being paid or there is an error in the payment, the account of the seller who has not paid is automatically deactivated, or does it have to be manually deactivated?

    Hi diegoalfr,

    I gave up whit Stripe. I decided to go with Paylike, and developed a plugin for that, more or less with the same functionality like WCFM Direct PayPal plugin, all payment goes to vendor.
