Stripe Split pay direct charges with SCA enabled?

Hi,
As far as I can see when testing WCFM still does not allow Stripe Split Pay with Direct Charges if SCA is enabled?

For a marketplaces based in EU it is a requirement that credit card transactions are with SCA enabled.

And for an increasing number of countries WW there is a requirement that the marketplace is responsible to calculate and withhold sales taxes on behalf of the vendor if payments pass to the admin’s Stripe account.
This makes running a small marketplace extremely complicated and WCFM also doesn’t have any support for correctly configuring sales taxes per vendor.

So only way forward seems to be to use Split Pay with Direct Charges and with SCA enabled, thus ensuring payments are made directly to the vendor’s Stripe account and only the admin’s commission is passed to the admin’s Stripe account.
