Stripe Sofort payment problem

    Hello, via email we got payment confirmation from STRIPE but when we check the payment via dashboard we have information payment is pending and STRIPE account too. On the WooCommerce dashboard I found information: “Stripe erwartet Erfassung der Zahlung: py_1I5YoqIygtSppUvJQBjQfEQl. Status der Bestellung von Zahlung ausstehend auf In Wartestellung ge?ndert.”

    Could you help me find the problem with the payment? It can be any WooCommerce problem?

    Hmm, can you clarify what you mean by “we got payment confirmation from STRIPE” exactly? What did the email say? What is the current order status in WooCommerce and Stripe, Pending payment or On Hold?

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.
