Need assistance with setting my Stripe account keys. I am not able to access the full stripe dashboard so I am not able to access the Live publishable key and secret keys that are in the dashboard. My final step is setting up Stripe.

    Hi there,

To clarify, when you say you are “not able to access the full stripe dashboard”, is this because you have created the Stripe account via WooCommerce Payments? If so, the account created with WooCommerce Payments is a Stripe Express account which does not provide access to the full Stripe dashboard (as you’ve seen) and can only be used with the WooCommerce Payments gateway (not the separate Stripe gateway that requires those keys). If you wanted to use that email address for a regular Stripe account instead, you can follow the steps here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/payments/faq/stripe-sign-up-with-existing-email/

On the other hand do you mean you do not have access to the account and so can’t see the dashboard? If so, you will need to contact the person that owns the account about this. If you own the account and can’t access it, please reach out to Stripe about regaining access.

Thank you for your answer. I actually went ahead and set up another stripe account so that I would have access to the full dashboard. Now that Stripe is fully set up it is still not showing the check-out payment page. I created a page in WordPress for checkout and I see that one but when you click on the cart it takes the buyer to a page that says PAGE NOT FOUND. Woocommerece is also not allowing me to finish the final step to have it setup. It’s giving me an error that says (WooCommerce Payments
There was a problem redirecting you to the account connection page. Please try again.) Can you advise what the problem is?

    Hi there,

Regarding the pages, please make sure they are created with the correct shortcodes and set correctly under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced. We have a guide for setting that up here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/

Once they are set up, if you are still getting a “Page not found” error, you might want to try re-saving your Permalinks under Settings > Permalinks (without changing anything — just scroll down and hit save).

If you are still having trouble with that, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

For the other error message regarding WooCommerce Payments, if you are going to be using the regular Stripe gateway instead (with the new account that has access to the full dashboard), then you can disable the Woo Payments plugin. The setup steps for the Stripe gateway/plugin are available here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe
