Hello, currently my stripe settings are not visible in my dashboard inside of WooCommerce, I have tried disabling all plugins, and changing the theme with no luck. This was working before as I have all the setting done and you ca use stripe payments on my website, I need to adjust some settings.

Any ideas what could be causing this? I have the latest WordPress and versions of the plugins, WooCommerce is not the latest due to an issue where the mini cart is empty, but I tested the latest and that did not fix the stipe settings issues.

    Thanks for you help

    Jason

  • @satch111 still having this problem? What version of WooCommerce Stripe Gateway are you using? Have you tried re-installing the plugin?

Hi Asumaran and Gabriel, sorry I did not get the first notification that there was a reply to this.

Sadly I have not been able to fix the issue, I have tried reinstalling with no luck. I am on the latest version of the plugin. I noticed that before I upgraded the plugin that I could see all the options for stripe settings but any changes wound’t save meaning there was some issue. Once I upgraded the plugin to the latest version all the options disappeared. I even downgraded again but the version that did have the settings visible no longer does.

I have tried disabling all my plugins, and changing the theme with no luck.

I found a workaround by inputting all the settings I wanted into another WordPress install and then copying the settings from the database table, but this is not ideal.

    Thanks

Sorry to hear you’re still having trouble with the settings page. Could you please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Also, kindly check if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs > choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Saif, thanks for coming back to me.

The stripe plugin just auto updated yesterday and the issue has now gone with 7.4.2, so whatever was done in the release has sorted the issue thankfully!

    Thanks!
