Stripe – Resource_missing – id

    Hello, I connected my ActiveCampaign to my Stripe.

    Everything works fine with all the payments, except the ones made with your plugin.

    This is the error I keep getting.

    Are you aware of any solution to this problem?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Just want to clarify, are you having some issues with our ticketing plugin using Stripe? Or the problem you’re referring to is the integration between Stripe and Active Campaign where you can’t get the Customer’s info?
