    Hello,

    I am in live mode and check in settings “sent client stripe’s receipt”.
    But nothing happens.

    In Stripe dashboard i can see my live transaction, and see that in receipt history : “no email for this payment”.

    Thanks a lot for your help !

    Hi,

    Just for testing purposes, can you check to make sure e-mails can be sent from your site.

    Also in regards to your test above, did you carry out the trial purchase yourself? If you did, was the transaction finalized?

    Yes e-mail are sent from my server and the transaction finalized. I see that transaction in stripe dashboard.

    And just to be be clear : I am in live mode !

    Hello @mbrsolution ,

    The email was sent and i received it.

    I have a module that your team sent to me : asp-prefill-customer-name-and-email
    This allow me to prefill user email in stripe popup.
    Maybe something is missing in this plugin ?

    Because the receipt is not send from stripe because Stripe don’t find the email.

    Hi.

    Are you using new Stripe API (SCA complaint)? I assume you do since it looks like you’re based in Europe. But please confirm.
