Stripe Profile and Striper Freezing

  • Hi,

    I am have two questions/challenges.

    I am using Striper on two websites I manage. On one of them there is the option for a Stripe Profile to be created – this is very helpful! However, on the site with the most recent update, this option is no longer available? Is there any way of adding this back in?

    Also, I am also having trouble with the site freezing after the customer places their order. The customer then gets charged $1 to their credit card, but there is no confirmation of payment.

    Can anyone advise on how to fix this?

  • Does this plugin Supports subscription because that is case when you need profiles created if i am not wrong
