Stripe processing fees – admin

    Hi,

    We want the admin to pay/incur the Stripe processing fees 9not the vendor, which is what is happening now) and Stripe support has said the following:

    I understand that you wanted Stripe fee to be deducted from the admin’s commission, not the vendors, however, your account is using a third party integration and based from your description, they are using Direct Charge [0]. It is not up to Stripe to change this as they created how their plug-in will be implemented, so, it is best to reach to Dokan if they can update your plug-in to use Destination Charge [1].

    Dokan support has not been great with addressing this issue – anyone know how we can ensure the admin pays the Stripe processing fees, not the vendor?
