Stripe Processing Error

    I am really not sure if I am posting this in the correct space, however, I need some help with a Stripe processing error.

    We integrated Stripe and a customer placed an order for 624.000 VND, the invoice and our back-office displayed this amount correctly, however, the Stripe transaction showed 62,400.000 VND and the customer was debited 62,400.000 VND.

    Any assistance in resolving this issue would be really appreciated.

    Hi Ali,

    Can you try disabling Woo Viet and see if the issue is still there?

    Woo Viet does not have any code hooking into Stripe gateway (at least, till now).
