Stripe pmt cancelled timed out

I had a ticket a month or so ago and figured it was solved but the same issue has appeared again. No threads I’ve read here resolve this situation for me.
I have a screenshot showing all Stripe webhook settings are configured properly and payments are successfully processed and all relevant data shows things perfect on the stripe side. No errors.
Inside woocommerce store every random sale times out. No set pattern. Therefore no notification of a successful order is sent out to us.

Stripe is processing the layments successfully but Woocommerce times out and puts the order as Cancelled instead of processing. Interwestingly, when I entered tracking info into this cancelled sale and marked it as complete, the system generated the initial New Order email and fired it off to me.
