Hey, ever since the recent update. Our stripe integration hasn’t been working properly.

I’ve got anew SSL certificate. I’m hosting with easywp.com from namecheap. We had made multiple successful payments prior to it failing.

I’ve disconnected and reconnected my stripe account and when throw it in test mode it works but when we go live it doesn’t. I have reached to stripe but I haven’t heard anything from them yet.

    Any help?

@drbe4t could you please share a bit more information on what hasn’t been working?

For example, do you see an error on the checkout page?

To start, I would suggest turning on logging for this plugin. That can be done on the WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe page.

Once that is enabled, please try making a purchase through Stripe on your site. Once you’ve done that, you can go to:

WooCommerce > Status > Logs. On that page, click on the drop-down menu in the right-hand corner of the page and select the most recently Stripe log, then click view.

Review the logs for any errors associated to your most recent purchase attempt. If it has an error, but you don’t understand what it means – please share the error message here. Make sure to remove any sensitive information when you share the log here, such as customer or account info.

As I have not heard back from you, I’m assuming that the above information helped. I’m going to mark this topic as resolved, however please feel free to open a new thread for any other questions.
