    Hello

    I’m getting a wired error using this plugin. The error was

    This is the most recent error log I have got regarding this issue. Does it say the site is missing SSL protection in the domain?

    It cannot be true. Because I already have SSL with the domain (I have linked the domain with this problem).

    This could be caused by the way that your SSL certificate is set up. Some hosting providers user load balancers or reverse proxies, which can impact WooCommerce.

    When you go to WooCommerce > Status, on your system status report, check to make sure that the Site URL and Home URL are both HTTPS links. Scrolling further down the System Status Report, under the Secure connection (HTTPS) section, check to see if WooCommerce is identifying your site as secure.

    If WooCommerce indicates your site is not secure, please have a look at the steps in this guide as they may be applicable to you:

    In fact, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status here? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Looking further at your site, I noticed this error:

    So I think what’s happening here is that your shop is in Sri Lanka, but Stripe doesn’t support that country yet:

    Have you been able to accept payments using Stripe previously?

    One thing you may want to try is our payment gateway that does support Sri Lanka:

    The previous site (this is a redesign of that site) had the stripe payment gateway and it was able to handle transactions.

    I just removed them.

    You can still use the Stripe extension and also add back the countries in that screenshot – https://prntscr.com/vun6v6

    You can use whatever country you would like on the WooCommerce Store Address, if you have a different country to that of the Merchant account on Stripe.com, that isn’t something we’d handle.

    If you’re still seeing the error Stripe Payment Request live mode requires SSL then please speak to your webhost or SSL provider to confirm everything is setup and if there are any updates needed to the OpenSSL installed on the server.

    Related to Chalk’s screenshot – this is purely for the Payment Request buttons (Apple Pay and such) – this IS related to the country you’ve set.

    What is happening here is that the error is thrown if the country for WooCommerce > Settings > General > Store Address doesn’t match the array of supported countries of Stripe – https://stripe.com/global – the error is thrown by Stripe.com JavaScript and not our extension.

    You can continue using our Stripe plugin and only need to deactivate the Payment Request button option:

    WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Payment Request Buttons – Uncheck, then save settings.
