    I’m currently facing critical issues on my website related to the CookieYes plugin.

    1. Stripe Payment Issue: The CookieYes plugin is hindering Stripe payments on my website. After entering credit card information and submitting, the transaction doesn’t complete, and the checkout page refreshes. This issue is impacting my business’s financial transactions significantly.
    2. “Deliver to Different Address” Checkbox Problem: Additionally, there is an issue with the “Deliver to Different Address” checkbox. Regardless of its initial state (unchecked), it consistently behaves as if it is always checked. This creates a situation where customers are unable to modify their delivery addresses effectively.

    I have attempted local troubleshooting, but identifying and resolving the underlying problems has proven challenging. I suspect there may be issues with JavaScript or form processing related to these functionalities.

    By the way, when I deactivate CookieYes everything will be work. It’s definitely plugin based problem.

    My business lost a lot of money on Meta Ads because of this problem its a bit urgent.

    The issue seems to be related with the blocking of stripe cookies prior to consent. In order to make this work prior to consent, you should move those cookies to Necessary category.

    While moving cookies to Necessary category, please make sure that it doesn’t store any personal information of the visitors. Also consider seeking legal advice to ensure you’re meeting your obligations under GDPR and other relevant regulations.

    If you could keep the banner active on your site, we will try to find out the cookies to be moved to Necessary category.
