    I have a site where we are using stripe payments (through the woocommerce stripe plugin – not woo payments) and something stopped working – I believe with a recent update.

    The stripe error that we are seeing is:

    invalid_request_error – payment_method_options[card][mandate_options][interval]

    Invalid payment_method_options[card][mandate_options][interval]: must be one of day, week, month, year, or sporadic

    Has anyone else run into any funky issues?

    You mentioned this started after the last update, do you mean from this plugin or WooCommerce?

    You are seeing this error on the checkout page, correct?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
      You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
    • Also, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Settings > Advanced and enable debug mode. Then, please try to run an order again to trigger the issue. This should generate Stripe error logs. After this please to to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and also look for Stripe errors and share them with us.

    The process that we ran is generally only run every few months – so there were certainly both the core woocommerce update as well as plugin updates.

    I’m trying to go into a failed order and use the “Pay” option to flow through the checkout. When I try to complete that checkout, that is where the error appears. The error appears to be unique to the subscription based order. I am able to submit other orders not related to subscriptions with no issues.

    I’ve checked the system status reports and noticed you use an outdated Woo Subscriptions plugin. If you have a valid license with us, please download and install the latest version. And if the issue continues even after updating the plugin, please contact us directly here.

    As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there ??
