Stripe payment issue

  • Hello,
    I am testing stripe payments on seatreg and have come across the following: when I book a seat and pay for it, the stripe payment works, I can see it the payment booked on stripe, stripe sends the notification of amount paid, but the reservation on seatreg stays in “processing” status waiting for payment indefinitely (I waited a day), which means it’s stuck there.
    Can you please help me fix this. I cannot use the plugin if I payments are not recognized. Thank you again for your great help!

    Hey
    Can you check if there is an active webhook at Stripe that points to your site? If there isn’t then what you can do is turn off Stripe payments (in SeatReg settings) and save. Then turn on Stripe payments again. Then webhook will be created.
