    It happened 10 times in this month: user wants to buy a product and Stripe payment intent is not created. As you can see from Order notes:

    I am using Wocommerce, Stripe as a payment processor, CartFlows plugin for flow management.

    For example this is how it looks like when order is fine:

    Thanks for reaching out, let’s figure out why things are not lining up!

    In order to investigate things further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then click the Copy for support button.?You can either paste it in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us (as it provides additional paste settings).

    Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

    If so, please select View and copy and paste them into your reply here.

    In logs there isn’t any log that starts with ‘fatal-error’

    Hi,

    A payment could fail due to several reasons, for example, not enough funds, connection errors, etc.

    When checking the error log, is there a Stripe entry? If so, please select Stripe, and share the error logs generated. That will help to take a closer look, thanks.

    I am going through the log file and I see declined card messages. Example:

    1. [charge] => ch_3MH5K0AI6zQV4NIy1MEK5LQp
    2. [code] => card_declined
    3. [decline_code] => generic_decline
    4. [doc_url] => https://stripe.com/docs/error-codes/card-declined
    5. [message] => Your card was declined.

    Also, it seems to be related with order number: 35833.

    Feel free to get in touch with the user and ask if they can try with a different card.

    Thank you on your answers, as I can see these error logs don’t have much data. Will probably write to Stripe customer support.
