    Hi,

    I am using your Stripe payment module with Cartflows checkout, with upsells.

    I just had an order and the order is indicated as “Pending Payment” by woocommerce, but the payment was successfully captured on stripe.

    I also have the following information in the order note:
    “Stripe payment intent created (payment intent ID: *

    Is this a configuration error or something else?

    Hello @yohanecom,

    Seems like something is not allowing Stripe to talk back to your site to switch the order status. I’m not sure how Cartflow works or integrates. Does this happen when disabling Cartflow as well?

    You can simulate a test order by switching the plugin to test mode and using these cards only.

    If the problem persists after doing so, then please attach your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    I’d suggest trying again after enabling the debug mode, it is under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > stripe > settings > advanced settings > Log error messages.

    You can make a test order, and then please navigate to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (Select Stripe from the drop-down), so that we can check this further.

    Let us know how that goes.
