    I can see you’re responding on this forum so I’ll write here the issue.
    I paid for the plugin so I could get premium support but 4 days later and I’ve not had a response, but I can see you responding to customers here within a day of their post being created?…

    We have used the Stripe Split Pay Payment gateway which was supplied by you to create new subscriptions. This includes subscriptions for new vendors to get upgrade their vendor account for a yearly fee.

    A year has past and no subscriptions are renewing automatically.

    We can see that this payment gateway supports “Automatic Recurring Payments”, so I’m wondering what we have missed?
    Do you know why these subscriptions are not automatically renewing?
