STRIPE payment gateway broken (icons/coupon/form fields)

Click the BUYITNOW button to go to the Edwiser one-page checkout.

• “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” does not work
• Stripe payment icons are 100% width
• Missing form fields for card payment

On clicking PLACE ORDER (you don’t need to fill in form), the page resets and ALL ISSUES ARE RESOLVED!!!!!

Could anyone tell me what is going on? I’ve tried disabling all extra plugins. I’ve tried removing all css tweaks. I’ve contacted Edwiser support and they tell me it is an issue with the Stripe plugin for WooCommerce.
