    I use Forminator and I have added the Stripe Payment Field, I don’t have recurring payments and have setup the plan on One-Time and I still get this text displayed: “By providing your card information, you allow APEX INMEDIA S.R.L. to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms.”. The message is not displayed only if the plan is having a fixed amount, I need it to be variable. I have tried to make it variable and I have tried to make multiple fixed plans conditioned but the message is still displayed. If I have multiple fixed amount plans conditioned and one fixed amount plan the message is not displayed but on Stripe I get 2 transactions, one with Success (the one from fixed with condition) and one with Incomplete( the one with fixed). On other form plugins they don’t have this problem so that’t why I think that this is a Forminator bug. Thank you for your future response.

    This issue was fixed in previous version 1.38.2. Are you using current version or still ourdated one?

    Hi Kris, I am using version 1.39.3, I found the bug, when I choose my currency RON, if I use USD the text is not displayed. Thank you.

    And with USD I still get In stripe Transactions one Success Payment with desired amount and another 1$ Incomplete payment. But anyway I need to use RON currency

    When using the new Stripe field with dynamic payments, incomplete transactions are intentionally created due to certain limitations in how payment intents are generated for these dynamic payment methods. This applies specifically to card payments:

    for Card only – it shouldn’t create payment intents at all;
    for Dynamic payment methods – it shouldn’t duplicate creating the same payment intent. It means it will still create some Incomplete transactions (we need it to display relevant payment methods) but won’t create duplicated payment intent.

    For the initial issue if you are using the latest version and still encounter that message, please export your form and share it here using free online storage like google drive so we can take a closer look and run some tests.

    I don’t know if I should start a new thread but, I went live and even in Test mode Payment Description, Send payment Receipt, and Metadatas are sent to Stripe but Billing Details are not sent, I don’t get any billing details in Stripe Transactions. I already had one customer and he kinda complained that the payment went thru without 3D secure notice and I think that it is because the phone number is not sent to Stripe?

    I also set the VPN to different countries to ensure it would get multiple locations.

    Could you try to remove and add the field and see if it makes any difference?

    About the customer details, there is a known issue, and the fix is coming on Forminator 1.40, a temporary solution is by using the “Meta Data” in the Stripe field > Settings.

    But the 1.40 should be coming soon.

    Thank you for investigating this. I have tried that but with no result, anyway it looks like the problem it is on my end, I switched to Dynamic and the text is not displayed anymore. Not taking into account the incomplete transactions in Stripe which i decided to just ignore I am happy with the Form. I added the metadata for the moment, and it is nice to know that you work on this issue. Thank you for your patience and help.
