Stripe Payment Failed

I really need your help.
The Credit card payments are failing in my online store and when I contacted and the support they sent me this: “Thanks for contacting us, I’ll be happy to help you!I’ve checked your account and Logs and there are no payments registered. However, I’ve also checked your website and tried to make a test payment myself and I could see the issue you’ve mentioned.
When you are introducing the details in the payment form, there is no field where to input the credit cards details and therefore, the payment cannot be processed without a credit card.
This is something that you will have to modify in the payment form of your website, so your client will be able to input their payment details and that information will be sent to Stripe for us to process the payment.
To do so, I’d recommend to get in touch with your developer, however, I can see you’ve created the website through WordPress and therefore, in this case, when you need to modify something in your website, you’ll have to do it with them.
I hate to direct you elsewhere, but I’d recommend getting in contact with WordPress directly. As they’re the ones who have integrated Stripe into their business, they would have more information and would be able to help you further. I’ve done a little digging and have found the below links to their support and contact page:

Our part and permissions in processing payments starts afterwards, we process the information that reaches our servers, however, if we are not receiving the payments’ information, we are not able to process it, nor have the ability to check the website’s back end.
