Stripe Payment doesn’t behave on cart total upon checkout

Hi, i have this feature on my site that it will get discount on bulk order. The cart total and checkout total is fine but when checking on STRIPE Dashboard Payment received, i get the total based-price of the amount. For instance:
for 1 quantity the price is 49.95$ but when the customer change the quantity to 2 or more it will change to 45$. The cart total says 90$ when i bought 2 quantity of product but on STRIPE it says 99.9$ that is coming from the based-price 49.95 x 2. It seems like the stripe is not getting the discount price.
