  • Hi @velozjuan

Today a client bought one product from the website and after that i received the stripe sale information to my gmail but when i go to Orders in the Woocommerce tab on wordpress i can′t see the order.

The strange thing is that i can see the order if i go to analytics>orders

From what I understand, you’re facing a little hiccup where the order details from Stripe aren’t showing up in the ‘Orders’ tab in WooCommerce on your WordPress site, even though you’ve received the sale notification in your Gmail. However, you can still find the order in the ‘Analytics > Orders’ section.

Let’s try a few steps to resolve this issue:

    1. Clear your browser cache: This might be causing display issues and clearing it could help update the data.
    2. Update your WooCommerce: Ensure you’re using the latest version. If not, please update it.
    3. Update your Stripe Gateway plugin: If it’s outdated, it could be causing inconsistencies between Stripe and WooCommerce.
    4. Check your Stripe webhook settings: Make sure it’s configured correctly to communicate with your WooCommerce store.

If you’re still facing the issue, it might be due to a conflict with a plugin or theme. You could try disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like Storefront and see if the issue resolves. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? ?? Just a quick reminder: Before you make any changes, we strongly recommend that you create a backup of your full site and database. This is a crucial step to ensure that in case anything goes wrong, you can easily restore your site to its previous, functioning state.

If the issue persists, could you share more details with us? This includes any recent changes to your site, new plugins installed, and any error messages. This will assist us in finding the root cause.

Also, it would be great if you could share your site’s System Status report. This will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us pinpoint the issue. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs, please share them as well. You can locate these under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you have that, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com/ to paste it and share the link with us.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter. I’m looking forward to your response so we can solve this issue for you.
