    Hi there,

    We are using Stripe with Woocommerce for payment, and we realized that the payment can’t be proceeded when your plugin is activated. Any idea how we can fix that ?

    Hi @marie911,

    Perhaps a script related to the checkout is being detected by the Cookie Blocker and therefore blocked, which affects the checkout.

    You can determine whether that might be the case by disabling active Integrations one-by-one under Complianz > Integrations until the behavior is resolved. If it starts working after disabling a specific Integration, you’ll know that it was related.

    But if you provide an URL to your site, we can also check if that might be the case here (and if so, which integration could be the culprit here).

    Hi @marie911 and community,

    This was resolved via our support inbox. The user had the Facebook integration enabled to block Facebook related scripts on their site, but the checkout script relied on this Facebook script to be loaded; which caused the issue to occur when Facebook was blocked prior to consent.

    Allowing Facebook to load by disabling the Facebook integration therefore resolved the issue.
