    Hello

    I recently updated to the latest version and did not notice it was a big update. As i was testing my website I noticed that stripe does not work on mobile devices (iphone 6). There is no ability to enter in the card details. I also tried selecting “enable stripe checkout” and when I click on continue payment it says “Payment processing failed” this only happens on mobile device.

    Any ideas whats wrong?

    Also I tried removing all custom css and problem still persist. so it is not a design issue

    Just for your information: works here with a few plugins and the standard wordpress theme.

    Have you managed to resolve this now? I’ve tested on an iPhone 6 using Chrome and Safari, both allow me to go into the card details fields.

    Is there anything in your Stripe logs on your site about this?

    Hello, this happened to me too. These are the logs:

    Error: Payment processing failed. Please retry.
    ====End Log====

    It just fails for some reason.

    Hello again, I disabled a plugin that changes the layout of the checkout page. The checkout is now working. However, when you are adding payment method, it asks you to accept terms and conditions, meanwhile there are no terms and conditions for you to accept.
