    I’ve gone through the stripe set up and it says it’s active.. yet when I try and make a purchase I get this error..

    “Unable to process the payment, please try again or use an alternative method.”

    That literally tells me nothing..

    Please help.

  • Hi there @getjoel,

    In addition to what @makewebbetter said about Stripe keys, please make sure that you enabled Stripe logging in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, then place a test order again and check the logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs (choose stripe from the drop-down).

    Do you see any errors there?
