stripe not work

Hi there!

This bug seems to be caused by switching Stripe from either mode (Live -> Test / Test -> Live) and attempting to checkout with an account used in the previous mode.

If you check the box that says view test data in your Stripe Dashboard:

And then delete the customer from your test mode, you should no longer see this behavior (after setting up a new payment and processing payment in the live mode. Note that this will delete the test customer):

Please do note that this is only a temporary workaround. This behavior is already reported to the devs in #1092

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I’m having a same problem with Stripe.
I tried test mode, it’s work. BUT WHEN I TURN BACK TO LIVE MODE and try to make a payment again I get this: “No such customer …( I HAD DELETE DEMO CUSTOMER DETAIL BEFORE I CHANGE TO LIVE MODE)

The customer paid the stripe live mode and sucessfully. But I found the issue the my woo-commerce Publishable API keys was different with stripe ac after i saw my stripe ac didnt received any income. how can I solved this payment?

The problem you face is the result of an open bug with our Stripe extension, which is scheduled to be fixed with the 4.3.2 release in early February 2020. The problem here is that when a customer makes a purchase in the test mode, and then when the same person tries doing it in the live mode, it shows up the error. You can read more on this issue here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/1092

To clarify, despite the problem, there isn’t a problem with Stripe payments as such. It happens only when the same customer account used in testing is used for testing live payments.

If you want to test live payments, you could either checkout as a guest using a different email id, or a different customer account. This should help you test checkout and purchases.
